Please read these terms carefully before using the ookww platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
Introduction and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ookww platform and all its services. ookww is an online betting and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh.
By creating an account on ookww, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
ookww reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the new Terms.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and use the services on the ookww platform. This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only.
ookww reserves the right to verify the date of birth provided at registration. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
1.2 Other Eligibility Conditions
- Each individual may open only one account.
- You must register using your own name and information — not on behalf of someone else or under a fictitious identity.
- Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited.
- If you have issues with mental capacity or legal competence, please refrain from using the platform.
Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Process
To create an account on ookww, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Information required at registration includes your full name, a valid email address, mobile number, and date of birth.
2.2 Account Security
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify ookww immediately.
- Granting third parties access to your account is strictly prohibited.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your own account.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
ookww may request documents for identity verification at any time for security purposes. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer). Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is completed. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Approved Payment Methods
The following methods are currently available for transactions on ookww:

- Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other selected banks
3.2 Deposit Limits and Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method). All deposit amounts will be calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. The source of funds must be legitimate.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
3.4 General Transaction Policy
All transactions are secured by SSL encryption. ookww does not charge any additional fees on transactions, however your payment provider may charge separate fees. ookww reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
ookww offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳10,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Wagering must be completed within a specified time period to qualify for the bonus.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
- Misuse of bonuses across multiple accounts will result in closure of both accounts.
- ookww reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
4.4 VIP Program Terms
The ookww VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular and active participation. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.
Betting Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
- Your account must have sufficient balance before placing a bet.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
- Betting for the purpose of money laundering or match manipulation is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Sports Betting
ookww offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Sports betting outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is incomplete or rescheduled, ookww will settle bets according to its policy.
5.3 Casino Games
Live table games and slots are available at ookww Casino. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed before entering the game. Fair play is ensured across all games and outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
5.4 Prohibited Activities
- Using automated bots or software to place bets.
- Intentionally exploiting system errors.
- Attempting to access another player's account.
- Bonus arbitrage or manipulative betting patterns.
Security and Privacy
6.1 Data Protection

- Registration using false information
- Evidence of fraud or manipulation

- Long-term inactive account
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Service Limitations
ookww strives to provide uninterrupted service to the best of its ability. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen circumstances. ookww will not be held liable in such situations.
9.2 Liability for Losses
ookww is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from betting or gaming. Each player places bets at their own decision and bears full responsibility for any resulting losses.
9.3 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. All disputes will be resolved through ookww's internal review process. System logs and records will be considered as conclusive evidence.
